Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 pomfret fish
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3 l water
- 32 shredded ginger
- 7 slices of garlic
- 28 pcs wolfberries
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 4 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese cooking wine
Preparation (instructions)
- Rub fish with salt.
- Boil water into wok and place fish in a bowl on top of steam rack.
- Place ginger, garlic and wolfberries on top of fish.
- Add in remaining ingredients and steam for 18 minutes.
- Serve hot.
