Steamed pomfret fish recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 pomfret fish
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 l water
  • 32 shredded ginger
  • 7 slices of garlic
  • 28 pcs wolfberries
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Chinese cooking wine

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Rub fish with salt.
  2. Boil water into wok and place fish in a bowl on top of steam rack.
  3. Place ginger, garlic and wolfberries on top of fish.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and steam for 18 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
