Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 green crabs, remove shell and take only the flesh
- 2 tbsp fried seafood powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 finely chopped red chili
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 5 sliced soaked dried chilies
- 5 slices ginger
- 1 chopped spring onion
- 5 shallots, cut into half
- 2 tbsp broad bean paste
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp starch powder
- 14 tbsp water
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix crab flesh with fried seafood powder in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a wok and cook crab until the flesh turn red. Set aside.
- In the same wok, add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Add in reserved fried crabs and simmer for 6 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
