Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 l water
- 700 g sparerib, cut into bite size pieces
- 20 g Chinese herb dried yam
- 2 slice ginger
- 3 tbsp Chinese wine
- 3/4 tbsp salt
Preparation (instructions)
- Bring water to boil and add all ingredients.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
- Serve hot.
