Spare rib yam soup recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 l water
  • 700 g sparerib, cut into bite size pieces
  • 20 g Chinese herb dried yam
  • 2 slice ginger
  • 3 tbsp Chinese wine
  • 3/4 tbsp salt

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Bring water to boil and add all ingredients.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  3. Serve hot.
