Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 whole winter melon
- 160 g fresh scallops
- 250 g prawns
- 25 g lotus seeds
- 8 pcs clams
- 1 cup broth
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Wash winter melon, cut the top part and scoop out the seeds.
- Reserve the top part and set aside the winter melon.
- Place remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil.
- Transfer into the winter melon, cover the top part and place in a double boiler.
- Cook for 2 1/4 hours and serve immediately.
