Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 lb lobster meat
- 1 oz cooked rice noodles
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 tbsp diced celery
- 3 tbsp diced bamboo shoots
- 1 diced green sweet pepper
- 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tsp ginger sherry
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 pt chicken stock
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 2 tsp water
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil and fry lobster meat for a minute.
- Add noodles into lobster and continue to fry until golden brown.
- Transfer in a warm dish and set aside.
- Add remaining oil in a saucepan and sweat onion for 30 seconds.
- Add celery and cook for a further 15 seconds.
- Stir in bamboo shoots and cook for another 15 seconds.
- Add green pepper and cook for a minute.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour sauce over reserved lobster noodles.
- Serve instantly.
