Rice noodles lobster recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 lb lobster meat
  • 1 oz cooked rice noodles
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp diced celery
  • 3 tbsp diced bamboo shoots
  • 1 diced green sweet pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger sherry
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 pt chicken stock
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tsp water

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil and fry lobster meat for a minute.
  2. Add noodles into lobster and continue to fry until golden brown.
  3. Transfer in a warm dish and set aside.
  4. Add remaining oil in a saucepan and sweat onion for 30 seconds.
  5. Add celery and cook for a further 15 seconds.
  6. Stir in bamboo shoots and cook for another 15 seconds.
  7. Add green pepper and cook for a minute.
  8. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute.
  9. Pour sauce over reserved lobster noodles.
  10. Serve instantly.
