Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 cup duck meat, cut into thin slices
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 4 tbsp pineapple cubes
- 2 tsp sliced ginger sherry
- 1/4 pt chicken stock
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix duck meat, cornflour and water in a bowl. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick frying pan.
- Stir fry pineapple cubes for a minute. Set aside.
- Pour in remaining oil and cook meat for 3 1/2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for a minute.
- Stir in reserved pineapple and give a good toss.
- Serve warm.
