Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 sliced shallots cloves
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 chopped pineapple
- fish sauce to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 kg squid, cut into rings
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil in a wok, fry garlic and shallots until fragrant.
- Add in remaining ingredients except squid.
- Cook for 4 1/2 minutes and add in squid.
- Cook for a further 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
