Pineapple & celery squids recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 sliced shallots cloves
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 chopped pineapple
  • fish sauce to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 kg squid, cut into rings

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Heat oil in a wok, fry garlic and shallots until fragrant.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients except squid.
  3. Cook for 4 1/2 minutes and add in squid.
  4. Cook for a further 1 minute.
  5. Serve hot.
