Mushroom & chicken soup recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 1/2 pt chicken stock
  • 4 oz chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 oz sliced cultivated mushrooms
  • 2 oz sliced bamboo shoots
  • salt to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Bring stock to boil.
  2. Add in chicken and cook for 4 1/2 minutes.
  3. Stir in mushroom and cook for further 1/2 minute.
  4. Stir in bamboo shoots and cook for another 1/2 minute.
  5. Adjust taste with salt.
  6. Serve at once.
