Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 pt chicken stock
- 4 oz chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 oz sliced cultivated mushrooms
- 2 oz sliced bamboo shoots
- salt to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Bring stock to boil.
- Add in chicken and cook for 4 1/2 minutes.
- Stir in mushroom and cook for further 1/2 minute.
- Stir in bamboo shoots and cook for another 1/2 minute.
- Adjust taste with salt.
- Serve at once.
