Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/2 kg rump steak, cut into thin strips
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 450 ml sesame oil
- 25 g peeled and finely chopped root ginger
Preparation (instructions)
- Rub beef strips with salt, pepper, ginger and cornflour. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet and stir fry root ginger for 2 minutes.
- Add in beef stripes and cook for 4 minutes.
- Serve with steamed white rice.
