Ginger bean sprouts recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 1 peeled and finely chopped root ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 kg bean sprouts

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Heat oil in a deep skillet and stir until onion is soft and translucent.
  2. Add in ginger and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with boiled white rice.
