Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 tbsp corn oil
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 1 peeled and finely chopped root ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 kg bean sprouts
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil in a deep skillet and stir until onion is soft and translucent.
- Add in ginger and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Serve hot with boiled white rice.
