Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 oz fillet steak
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 3 drops ginger sherry
- 3 drops sesame oil
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp water
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 8 thin slices cucumber
- 4 strips celery
- 4 strips green pepper
- 4 strips red pepper
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- 1 tsp vinegar
Preparation (instructions)
- Combine together meat, pepper, sugar, sherry, sesame oil, egg white, cornflour and water. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet.
- Stir in cucumber, celery, green pepper, red pepper and soy sauce. Stir fry for 4 minutes and adjust the seasoning if required. Set aside.
- Heat remaining oil, garlic, meat mixture and vinegar.
- Cook for a minute and stir in vegetables.
- Serve hot with boiled fragrant rice.
