Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 kg chicken, cut into 4 pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 20 g Medlar
- 10 g Astragulas hengel
- 20 g Coponosis Tangshen
- 5 g Angelica Sinensis
- 2 l water
Preparation (instructions)
- Rub chicken with salt and place into a claypot.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and gently simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve instantly.
