Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 thinly sliced spring onions
- 1 roughly shredded Chinese cabbage
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 120 ml single cream
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Preparation (instructions)
- Melt butter with sesame oil in a heavy deep pan.
- Stir in spring onions and cabbage for 2 minutes.
- Add in salt, pepper and vinegar. Cook for a further 4 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 3 1/2 minutes.
- Serve warm.
