Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 75 g sliced ginger
- 5 sliced garlic cloves
- 1/2 chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 sliced red chili
- 25 g basil
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- pinch of ground black pepper
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken pieces and remaining ingredients.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
