Chicken in oyster sauce recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 3 1/2 oz thinly sliced chicken breast
  • 2 tsp corn flour with 1 tbsp water
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • salt and sugar to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ginger sherry
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Heat oil hot in a large skillet and stir fry chicken for 2 minutes.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately with boiled fragrant rice.
