Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 3 1/2 oz thinly sliced chicken breast
- 2 tsp corn flour with 1 tbsp water
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- salt and sugar to taste
- 1/2 tsp ginger sherry
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil hot in a large skillet and stir fry chicken for 2 minutes.
- Add in remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with boiled fragrant rice.
