Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 kg loin pork, cut into half
- 45 ml soy sauce
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 1 peeled and sliced root ginger
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix well all ingredients in a large bowl and marinate at room temperature for 5 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
- Cook pork in preheated oven for 12 minutes.
- Increase oven temperature to 450 degree F and cook for a further 38 minutes.
- Turn occasionally and coat frequently with marinated liquid.
- Preheat broiler to high and grill for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to serving dish and slice prior serving.
