Beef & vegetable soup recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 oz Chinese mushrooms stock
  • 3 oz raw rump steak, cut into thin strips
  • 4 green onion flowers
  • 1 quartered tomato 2 oz water chestnuts
  • 2 oz sliced bamboo shoots
  • salt to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Bring stock to boil and add in meat.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve warm.
