Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 oz Chinese mushrooms stock
- 3 oz raw rump steak, cut into thin strips
- 4 green onion flowers
- 1 quartered tomato
2 oz water chestnuts
- 2 oz sliced bamboo shoots
- salt to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Bring stock to boil and add in meat.
- Cook for 5 minutes and add remaining ingredients.
- Cook for another 2 minutes and serve warm.
