Beef pottage recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 350 g finely minced beef fillet
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 4 egg white
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp corn flour mix with 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 600 ml water
  • 1 stalk finely chopped coriander leave
  • 1 stalk finely chopped spring onion

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Add all ingredients except water, coriander leave and spring onion in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Stir in mixture with water in a saucepan.
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover over slow heat until soup thickens.
  4. Add in coriander leave and spring onion.
  5. Serve hot.
