Ingredients (nutrition)
- 350 g finely minced beef fillet
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 4 egg white
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn flour mix with 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 600 ml water
- 1 stalk finely chopped coriander leave
- 1 stalk finely chopped spring onion
Preparation (instructions)
- Add all ingredients except water, coriander leave and spring onion in a large bowl and mix well.
- Stir in mixture with water in a saucepan.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover over slow heat until soup thickens.
- Add in coriander leave and spring onion.
- Serve hot.
