Bean curd with crab meat recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 chopped scallions
  • 1 peeled and chopped root ginger
  • 3 slice bean curd
  • 400 ml chicken stock
  • salt to taste
  • 225 g crab meat flakes
  • 2 tsp corn flour mix with 4 tsp water

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Heat oil in a deep heavy pan and add in scallions and ginger.
  2. Stir fry for a minute and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir occasionally until sauce thickens.
  4. Serve warm.
