Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 chopped scallions
- 1 peeled and chopped root ginger
- 3 slice bean curd
- 400 ml chicken stock
- salt to taste
- 225 g crab meat flakes
- 2 tsp corn flour mix with 4 tsp water
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil in a deep heavy pan and add in scallions and ginger.
- Stir fry for a minute and add remaining ingredients.
- Stir occasionally until sauce thickens.
- Serve warm.
