Almond omelet recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Heat oil in a non stick frying pan.
  2. Pour in eggs and stir them consistently.
  3. Add in salt, sugar and almonds.
  4. Roll omelet and serve hot.
