Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil in a non stick frying pan.
- Pour in eggs and stir them consistently.
- Add in salt, sugar and almonds.
- Roll omelet and serve hot.
