Squid & dandelions recipe - Pyi-Gyi Nga Kazun Ywet

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1½ tsp corn oil
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 1 lb squid rings
  • ¼ lb dandelion green leaves

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a small bowl, combine together lemon juice, soy sauce, chili flakes and sugar. Set aside for 20 minutes to stand.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and saute garlic until brown.
  3. Stir in squid and stir fry for 2½ minutes.
  4. Stir in chili mixture and dandelion green leaves.
  5. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
