Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried red chili flakes
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1½ tsp corn oil
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- 1 lb squid rings
- ¼ lb dandelion green leaves
Preparation (instructions)
- In a small bowl, combine together lemon juice, soy sauce, chili flakes and sugar. Set aside for 20 minutes to stand.
- Heat oil in a skillet and saute garlic until brown.
- Stir in squid and stir fry for 2½ minutes.
- Stir in chili mixture and dandelion green leaves.
- Stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
