Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 lb oxtail
- 4 cups water
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 bunch watercress
Preparation (instructions)
- Broil oxtail for 16 minutes until well roasted.
- In a pan, add in oxtail and remaining ingredients except watercress.
- Cover and cook under low heat for about an hour.
- Stir in watercress and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
