Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2˝ tbsp sesame oil
- 9 oz peeled and deveined raw king prawns
- 5 thinly sliced spring onions
- 3 finely chopped red chilies
- 1 cucumber, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil in a large skillet and stir fry prawns for 4 minutes.
- Remove prawns and cut into thin slices.
- Place prawns in a large bowl and mix well with remaining ingredients.
- Serve instantly.
