King prawn salad recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2˝ tbsp sesame oil
  • 9 oz peeled and deveined raw king prawns
  • 5 thinly sliced spring onions
  • 3 finely chopped red chilies
  • 1 cucumber, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • juice of 1 lemon

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet and stir fry prawns for 4 minutes.
  2. Remove prawns and cut into thin slices.
  3. Place prawns in a large bowl and mix well with remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve instantly.
