Grilled yogurt lamb recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 9 lb lamb chunks
  • 2½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup cumin
  • 4½ tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • ¾ tbsp salt
  • ½ tsp cloves

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Mix well all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cover with cling film and chill in refrigerator for at least 10 hours.
  3. Skew cubes and grill over charcoal or barbecue pit for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Serve immediately.
