Ingredients (nutrition)
- 9 lb lamb chunks
- 2½ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup cumin
- 4½ tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- ¾ tbsp salt
- ½ tsp cloves
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix well all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Cover with cling film and chill in refrigerator for at least 10 hours.
- Skew cubes and grill over charcoal or barbecue pit for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
- Serve immediately.
