Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 pt water
- 2 peeled and sliced garlic cloves
- 1 peeled and sliced onion
- 3½ tbsp pounded dried shrimps
- ¼ tsp shrimp paste
- 1½ tsp soy sauce
- salt to taste
- 2 oz fresh green leaves (watercress, spinach, cabbage or mustard leaves)
Preparation (instructions)
- Add water, garlic and onion in a saucepan and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to boil for about 6 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed fragrant rice.
