Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- ½ cup water
- 4 cup cooked white rice
- 4 tbsp grated coconut
- 4 bay leaves
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp curry powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp ground clove
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- In a non stick pan, add oil, onion and 3 tablespoons water.
- Cook under high heat until onion browned.
- Add remaining water and ingredients.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook until heated through.
- Remove bay leaves and serve immediately.
