Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 cup uncooked chicken chunks
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 finely sliced scallion
- ¾ cup grated cabbage
- ¾ cup grated carrot
- ¾ cup grated white radish
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp chopped serrano pepper
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup corn oil
Preparation (instructions)
- In a large bowl, combine together all ingredients except oil. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a large skillet, scoop mixture and drop in hot oil.
- Brown for 3 minutes and drain on kitchen paper towel.
- Serve warm.
