Chicken & vegetable fritters recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 cup uncooked chicken chunks
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 finely sliced scallion
  • ¾ cup grated cabbage
  • ¾ cup grated carrot
  • ¾ cup grated white radish
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp chopped serrano pepper
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup corn oil

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a large bowl, combine together all ingredients except oil. Mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet, scoop mixture and drop in hot oil.
  3. Brown for 3 minutes and drain on kitchen paper towel.
  4. Serve warm.
