Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 cup brown rice
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp corn oil
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 green finely sliced onions
- 1 cup radish, cut into half
- 1 carrot, cut into strips
- 1 cucumber, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp sesame tahini
- ½ tsp soy sauce to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation (instructions)
- Wash rice several times and boil in salt water until cooked and tender.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet or wok, saute garlic until brown and stir in all vegetables.
- Stir fry for 2½ minutes and add in sesame seeds.
- Drain cooked rice and add into mixture.
- Stir well and add in soy sauce and lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.
