Brown rice & sesame fried vegetables recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 cup brown rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 green finely sliced onions
  • 1 cup radish, cut into half
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 1 cucumber, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp sesame tahini
  • ½ tsp soy sauce to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Wash rice several times and boil in salt water until cooked and tender.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet or wok, saute garlic until brown and stir in all vegetables.
  3. Stir fry for 2½ minutes and add in sesame seeds.
  4. Drain cooked rice and add into mixture.
  5. Stir well and add in soy sauce and lemon juice.
  6. Serve immediately.
