Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 sliced onion
- ¾ cup finely chopped pork
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 cup sliced firm beancurd
- 1½ tsp soy sauce
- 5 cups bean sprouts
- ½ cup chopped chives
- salt to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil in a large heavy skillet.
- Saute onion, stir in pork and water.
- Cook under low heat until water evaporated.
- Add in bean curd and soy sauce.
- Cover and cook until bean curd browned.
- Add in bean sprouts and chives.
- Cook for 3 minutes and season well with salt.
- Serve immediately.
