Bean sprouts with bean curd recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 sliced onion
  • ¾ cup finely chopped pork
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup sliced firm beancurd
  • 1½ tsp soy sauce
  • 5 cups bean sprouts
  • ½ cup chopped chives
  • salt to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Heat oil in a large heavy skillet.
  2. Saute onion, stir in pork and water.
  3. Cook under low heat until water evaporated.
  4. Add in bean curd and soy sauce.
  5. Cover and cook until bean curd browned.
  6. Add in bean sprouts and chives.
  7. Cook for 3 minutes and season well with salt.
  8. Serve immediately.
